I've been helping out one of my sisters co-workers/friends. He comes in once a week, usually with my sister and I take him through a workout. Today, I decided to go through with him. It was a great. He is finally pushing through the weights and not giving up on himself. It's really cool to watch someone begin to believe in themselves.
